The Path to Your Inner Warrior Goddess

It’s no secret that women today are juggling a lot. We now make up more than half the workforce in the United States and are busier than ever with partners, children, family and friends, often putting the needs of others ahead of our own.

And if we feel overwhelmed by it all or fall short of perfection, many of us have learned to be our own worst critic rather than our own best friend.

In Warrior Goddess Training, bestselling author HeatherAsh Amara provides the antidote to the flawed idea that you are not enough.

Direct, honest, and unapologetic, Amara will show you how to release the layers of expectations to finally see yourself for the authentic, perceptive, perfect woman you really are.

If you don’t love and honor yourself with every fiber of your being, if you struggle with owning your power and passion, if you could use more joyful play and simple presence in your life, then it is time for an inner revolution.

It is time to claim your Warrior Goddess energy.

Drawing on the wisdom from Buddhism, Toltec wisdom, and ancient Earth-based goddess spirituality, the Warrior Goddess path includes personal stories, rituals, and exercises that will encourage and inspire you to become the true warrior goddess you are meant to be.

5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent Quality, Great Fit, January 3, 2014
    Verified Purchase(What's this?)
I purchased 10 pair of these training pants for my 18-month-old son, who weighs around 25 lbs. and is 34" tall. I was not sure if I should go with the 12-24 months size or the 2T-4T size, since there is a good chance that my son will gain another pound or two before he is trained, putting him within the weight limit of the 2T-4T (26-38 lbs) and at the upper limit of the 12-24 months size (18-28 lbs). I decided to go with the 12-24 months since my son has a thin build with no butt and they fit well. The legs are on the large size but that doesn't seem to matter. I also purchased Dappi nylon pants in size medium, and I could have possibly gone with the size small, they are a bit puffy. But I am satisfied with the fit of both and they fit well under clothes.

We have not started training yet since we keep having setbacks (illnesses) but I am confident that when we do these will perform well. I purchased a set of 3 Gerber pants and was not as happy with the quality. These UTN trainers are 100% cotton, whereas the panels of the Gerber are cotton but the absorbent pads in the crotch are polyester. I wanted 100% cotton because we have used cloth diapers and I know all about stink issues with polyester fibers. We have a front-loading washing machine which makes it even more difficult to get smells out.

These are made very, very well. They are thick cotton with quality, heavy-duty stitching. I will update when I wash them to see if they shrink, and when we start our training soon!

    Update 4-19-14
We are finally using these and I washed them once before we started. No shrinkage. My son is at 21 months only 26 pounds, so I'm happy I went with the 12-24 months size. They are a perfect fit and should be until he is trained. We started out using these by themselves, but quickly started using the Dappi pants as we found out that they only hold a very small mess. Otherwise you will have wet floors. The Dappi's contain very well. Check out my pictures to see fit.

    Update 6-10-14
My now 23-month-old is using the potty about 50-60% of the time. Luckily when he does go in his pants he doesn't let loose the entire contents of his bladder because these hold a small-medium size mess and that's it. The Dappis do a good job at containment, but we've had some leaks. You do need to wash these and dry them a good 3-4 times before they reach max absorbency much like a cloth diaper. I am thinking of using them as underwear after he trains to get full use out of them. They were expensive and it's hard to find good quality children's underwear. Happy training!

    Update 7-1-14
My son turns 2 in 3 days and it seems he gained nearly 2 pounds and 2 inches practically overnight. He is now almost 37 inches tall and 28 lbs. 10 oz. These are fitting snug and we are still not done with training. He is reliable only if I remind him to go every hour or so. I think these are true to size only if your child is on the slim side. If he was a more broad shape I would have needed to size up sooner. I'm debating now if I want to order the 2-4 years size or buy something else. Kids are unpredictable with growth!

5.0 out of 5 stars Awesome training underwear - warning, NOT waterproof, September 30, 2015

They are cute. These fit nicely and look mostly like normal underwear but have the extra padding to help catch accidents. Our toddler balks at wearing cloth diapers now and insists on wearing underwear to "get ready to be at school". Win! These are easily put on & taken off by toddlers, so they can "do it myself" in true toddler fashion. They will fit for a couple of years and are sturdier than the thin regular undies, so we'll get a lot of use out of them. Price was $10 each when we bought, it fluctuates though & varies by seller, so search around if the current price is holding you back.

That being said, these are NOT waterproof, so don't expect that! It's 100% cotton, so the dampness will come all the way through. That's what we want, so this is perfect for us.

Loooove these! They have a great fit with lots of room to grow (we got large for our 23lb toddler). They do fit loose around the leg but that doesn't seem to affect the function at all, so it's not an issue.

They are soft and the padding is thick without being bulky. They can definitely be used as underwear after PT is over with the bonus of catching an oops should it occur.

The padding is completely sewn in the middle and does not move at all, which is great. The pants are very soft. They do become more absorbent after a few washes so give it 4-5washes before it reaches its full potential.

Now what potential is that? It hold small accidents amazingly well. Meaning, clothes remain dry and sometimes the outside of the training pants themselves are also dry. If she empties a full bladder in these then clothes will get wet but it will not run down her legs and make a puddle. So as far as I'm concerned, they work exactly as cloth trainers should! We use them for naps and never got the sheets wet. Love love love these! Excellent quality, they wash very well but do take for ever to dry. I'm talking an extra 30-40 mins after everything else is dry!!! That's how much liquid the padding can hold so I guess that's not exactly a problem.

Imse Vimse are also excellent. We have a couple of those and while they are a bit thicker, they seem to be comparable in how well they work. So both are definitely recommended.
