Our shih tzu had sarcoptic mange 2 1/2 years ago.
The mange seemed to be cured but he still had some kind of a rash.
Vet diagnosed him as having seborrhea.
Always on his belly and backs of his legs.
Sometimes behind his ears and back of neck.
We tried everything including changing his food.
The rash would get a bit better and then get worse again.
His chest and the back of front legs and his rear elbows were red, bald and thick skinned and he often felt sweaty to the touch.
We purchased SynergyLabs Veterinary Formula Clinical Care Hot Spot & Itch Relief Medicated Spray for Dogs & Cats and SynergyLabs Veterinary Formula Clinical Care Antiparasitic & Antiseborrheic Medicated Shampoo for Dogs.
We bath him every 2 days and use the spray twice a day; in the morning and at night.
On Day 5 he slept the entire night with zero scratching for the 1st time in 2 1/2 years!
On Day 7 his skin is now as soft as a baby, a healthy color and his fur is already showing signs of growing back in places.
He's not 100% cured yet but the progress has been absolutely amazing.
He is now playing like a puppy and is a very happy dog.
    HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Too bad it does not work on my dog's itchy skin problem. I spray her itchy area and she just scratches like I didn't spray her at all. I waited till I was half the bottle to give this product a fair review... it did not work at all and I was spraying her 4 or 5 sprays every 4 hours or so :(

Hi Oscar, thank you for your feedback.
For maximum relief, we recommend to use the spray in conjunction with SynergyLabs Veterinary Formula Clinical Care Hot Spot & Itch Relief Medicated Shampoo for Dogs and Cats; 16 fl. oz. and SynergyLabs Veterinary Formula Clinical Care Hot Spot & Itch Relief Medicated Conditioner for Dogs and Cats; 16 fl. oz.. In many cases the spray itself is sufficient but some dogs need to be treated with the shampoo as well. If you are however for any reason still not satisfied with the product, please don't hesitate to return it, customer satisfaction is our priority n.1!

I'm never skeptical when I buy things for my pup, I'm just hopeful that this is the one that works for her. Josephine is a 4 yr old female Boxer and she has a hell of a time with allergies here in South Texas and our NEVER ending summer!! She gets some relief from Dec-Feb but that's about it. We're a very humid, coastal climate even if were a few hours from the Gulf, we seem to get their weather.

If left unattended, I think she would eat her entire paw. It's only one foot she chews and licks like crazy and that's her back foot. Her feet are white so you see one pink foot out of four. I've tried everything medical and comical, from pleading, to reasoning to topical ointments and witchcraft but nothing worked. I will tell you that Vet's Best brand has a very good Hot Spot product that uses Tea Tree Oil but it didn't bring lasting relief like this product here.

Jojo takes a prescribed allergy pill from the doctor called Hydroxazine, she takes one at breakfast and another at dinner. That keep her eyes and nose from running, otherwise, her eyes puff up and close. But it wont help the hot spot issue. And it's just fair that as not just owners but as people, we don't stop until we find something that helps our pets. They get all our same medical problems and never complain. And if their external is runny and sore, imagine their liver and pancreas, running overtime inside. It's not fair to them to be in pain.

This products, I sprayed on her foot after I caught her licking and sucking on it like crazy and I sprayed it good and then threw a shirt over it to distract her and I gave her a bone just to get her mind off of it. She didnt mess w/that foot again and this was on Thursday, it is now Sunday night and previously w/other products this was a 3x a day spray or more and this prodcut has lasted her one spray for 4 days in a row. I couldn't be happier for her. I'm relieved she's not in pain. I don't know why I didn't think lidocaine before.

Tea Tree is a great healer too but I think that this drug, lidocaine, is what sealed the deal, it numbed her foot and allowed the cortisone to work and that's something that other products don't have. Because at some point in the day she would lick again because the feeling was still there so it makes sense tha the Lidocain in this numbs her foot for a good 4 hours and it allows the allergy med cortisone to seep into her skin and do its job and then dry out.

I also bought the shampoo and showered her in that first. It's hot here 80s and has been since late January so she was already itching. And that too calmed it down and I wrote another review for that but please check this out. Don't even look at the price, any price is worth your pet's comfort. This really worked and is harmless if they try to lick it but she didn't. I normally throw a shirt or put the bedsheet on her foot and give her a treat to distract her when I spray. I'm really happy with this product and even used it on myself when I had an allergy hive and it worked. It numbed the hive and my itching stopped so that must be what she felt. I couldn't be happier. And there's my happy girl in the pic!!! I love my pup !! I owe her everything!!
